Purchased the 11-foot umbrella in May 2024. It is well made. We placed it between our patio table and hot tub. I highly recommend getting their steel umbrella base with a sandbag to secure this huge umbrella.

We had to remove a shade tree because it was a hazard, so we bought this umbrella. Definitely, this was the right choice. It's easy to set up and use, and it's big enough to provide a good amount of shade.

Besides it being a sturdy umbrella and very easy to install, customer service has been amazingly fast in responding to any questions I had. I wish all customer service departments were as responsive as EliteShade's.
